Yeah, I'm definitely not going to lie to the police about this. I've had enough legal trouble to last a lifetime already. The point is that I am seriously pissed because I spent countless time on this fucking body work, paint and color sanding and this fucking ass hole destroyed it. Id go up to their door and politely say you "think" they may have accidentally backed into your car and youd like to know if they have any recollection. Fact is you dont know it was them or one of their friends visiting with another white car. go out together and look at their car for any signs of damage. dont get all r3v with them. Next time the white car is parked in that exact spot, park in the said spot you were in, take pics and have the police come while theyre still there. The cops will take their own pics- Once the cop beleives its obvious, the report he types will look very good for you. In the meantime get a dentless quote- send them the bill, done.

I suggest dot3 over aircraft stripper. It's cheaper, comes in a gallon jug, and is waiting to be placed on the roof with the cap opened and four holes around the base.

It takes aprox. 5 min to drain a gal., and it's silent. And, paint wont stick to the surfaces afterwards.
