Id go up to their door and politely say you "think" they may have accidentally backed into your car and youd like to know if they have any recollection. Fact is you dont know it was them or one of their friends visiting with another white car. go out together and look at their car for any signs of damage. dont get all r3v with them. If they blow you off then file a report if you feel there is evidence. Jonny cash is correct in this case. dont try to get revenge. you really dont know

Dude, if u file a report and tell the truth about it and say u didnt see them hit the car you're fucked because they wont do shit. You're going to have to lie about u seeing them hit ur car. Yeah, I'm definitely not going to lie to the police about this. I've had enough legal trouble to last a lifetime already.
