    vaccum issue?

well my car has been idling for shit i have to keep my foot in the gas constantly just to keep it running i replaced the fuel pump but the p.o. deleted the icv and duct taped the hoses together so i'm think their might be a vaccum leak coming from where the icv was can some one show me the light on where i might be wrong

    thanks!
