    usual charge for mounting/ balancing tires?

    just wondering how much it is if I bring my own tires to a shop, how much they charge?
    Renting my rear wheel bearing tool kit. SIR

    i've seen anywhere from $17-$45 depending on the place, tire size, etc. call around.

      Its about $15 here to mount and balance. Per wheel & tire.

      So 4 tires would be $60.

            i get mine done for $20/4 tires if the rims have no tires on them. if they have to remove old tires, $40/4 tires...

              I probably going to go this time for $2 a wheel/tire.

              Vocational Auto Mechanics at former HS. $2 per wheel for sticky weights. And I could do it myself too hopefully.
