    Rear end drop

My problem here is that a few days ago, before my CV thread problem was created, When I went over a speed bump for the firsttime the rear end dropped so low I was tucking about half an inch of rear tire. The exhaust was a few inches from the ground and I gained some positive camber. A day later I wake up and take a look at the car, and it seemed to raise up and be back at normal height.

So, I went over another speed bump to see if it happened again, low and behold it did. Then a few hours later it was back to normal again. Anyone wanna say what might be causing this?

I dont know, if you take a look in my build thread(and post:o), I just got it drivable not too long ago(few days) and I dont know if the shocks are blown or not. Would they cause the rear end to drop that low?

And I'm on the bottlecaps, so thats a pretty big drop to tuck tire.

            I deserved that:D

But jokes aside, I thought of blown shocks, but for it to drop that much? I thought that shocks control the rebound and springs the height. So wouldnt blown shocks just involve me bouncing all over the place but I retain my height when it settles down?

yes...my shocks were blown i would drive my car would bounce all over the place, and when the car would come to a stop, the car was sitting too low...then a few hours of being parked the car was back to normal height...mine was due to one blown shock and the other was on its way out...i changed them now everything is right...

Thank you, just what I was looking for!!onE!1!!! So my shocks were causing the drop problem, didnt even know that was possible haha.

Well, I guess I'll just keep saving for that GC coil kit for 400 then I'll pick up some shocks. Not sure if bilstein or koni yellows though...
