Who is in the SCCA or CCA

I am moving shortly but I think that I will sign up with my local SCCA.
Just curious how many people actually compete and what class a light modded E30 would fall into.

What car, what type of racing (solo, W2W?), and what mods?

I mean, seriously, could this be a more vague question?

Swing wild, brake later, don't apologize.

Something tells me he doesn't understand that different types of modifications will put you into different classes. Go easy on him.

Definately sign up and get access to the new rulebook. Your local chapter should have one. Or the easy way is to go to one of the meetings and ask someone. For stock classes they are specific on what you can change.
        Im now E30less.
