hey guys i trying to replace my timing belt and the only thing that is stopping me is the crack balance bolt is there any way around this[/

WTF are you talking about?
Do you need to remove the pulleys off of the crank? If so, remove the ring of bolts from around the crank bolt, you can do as you need.
Did you remember the cam seal, and the oring for the cam seal housing? If not, stop right there and get them.
