    My new 325ix =)

    Picked it up yesterday...

I've been emailing a different guy for the past two weeks on a identical white car (very clean) w/ 173K miles. Had scheduled to drive up there to pick it up today in Avon (as long as everything checked out).....upon seeing the white one, there were a list of things not mentioned (pass window didn't work, rust in areas not mentioned). I tried to negotiate the car to a reasonable offer to compensate for these problems, but the guy got offended by my offer and refused to negotiate....so i left.

Luckily last night I saw this ebay car (the one I bought today) just listed. It happened to be 15mins away from where I was in CT, so I gave him a ring and set up an impromptu meeting. Aside from the Delorean paint job (looks like it was washed with a brillo pad) the car was CLEAN. Little to no rust, 98k miles, and drove 1000xs better than the 1st. Was able to negotiate a price we were both happy with and I was on my way. Guy's cell phone was ringing off the hook about the car when we were signing the papers lol...prob the quickest sale in history =)

Guy hasn't removed it from ebay yet, but here it is...

I was watching this on ebay, glad it's going to a good home. How does the e30 awd compare to the quattro system of audi?

Damn that thing's clean. Why is it that 98% of iX's are automatics, though?

because AWD is for bitches. Just kidding I have not driven one but with I believe 65% of power going to the rear it should be awesome
