E30 door locks

Well cut a new key, My 318is the driver side double lock 90 degree dealy never worked but it would lock and unlock. well today it worked and long story short it wont stop working. 55 dollars later to have my door opened. I have been farting around with it and i replaced everything in the tumblers and the key turns but still wont unlock the double lock. I think it may be broken else where like in the latch. Help me please

well went back through everything and now my locks work, Still no second deadbolt though, Anyone chime in there ideas?
