i need your help, im stuck!

I am trying to get the plastic bumpers off my donor car and i can't for the life of me get 3 of the bolts out. I got the front one that uses the hex key out, all the rest are frozen solid. I have to be careful because as you know, the bolts are surrounded by plastic bumper which i cant ruin. @ of the 3 remaining bolts are now stripped, i even tried to drill into them to try and get one of those reverse threaded removers in but they are to hard to even leave a mark. I need advice , help me please.

PB Blaster on the bolts. Let'em sit for a while.

Then, keep drilling with those reverse thread puller-outer thingies. It takes a while, but they will come out. Might try a light hammer onto a center punch in the middle of the stipped bolt head. This might help crack the rust.

I had the same problem, except for that one gleaming bolt you get to from inside the trunk.

    Good luck!

IIRC, you can also remove the bumper mounts from the car, then work on it at your leisure in your garage.

You can pull the bumper cover off by just yanking very hard. It is only held on to the carrier by a few plastic pressure holders and they do come out if you are careful. Then once the cover is out of the way you can PB the bolts from the top and it will be much more effective!

I had the same problem, I have a torch. I don't think this is a good idea if you don't know how to use one well.

I just heated the bolts up with the fiberglass insert and it did not catch on fire. I did one at a time and they came off like the day they were zipped on.
