Yeah i agree, also dont run coilovers without supporting your rear shock mounts as you could destroy your mounts as they arent designed for the extra loads from the coil over suspension.Leave a comment:

'ejnight' here on the forums sells the x-brace. Very high quality and good price too, I think it's like $145 or near that. Strut braces can be had from many of the aftermarket suppliers. Elephant motorsport, Flying Brick, Ireland Engineering, etc..Leave a comment:

That's what Im probably going to do at first and then change to coils. I did some research and really couldn't find any coils made specifically for verts. I'm sure the coupe ones will fit correct?

Welcome! I love that color. Invest in a strut brace and x-brace, they are worth their weight in gold on convertibles and will make you fall in love with it all over again.Leave a comment:

My vert, see signature, has bilstein shocks and HR sport springs w/ 15mm spring hats up front. Cheap enough for a moderate budget.Leave a comment:

Coilovers would be my choice but they cost a but more. Again, it depends on what your goal is. If you want to be "slammed" then coilovers are a must but if you just want to settle down a bit, lowering springs will be just fine. Nice car and welcome aboard!Leave a comment:
