i did a search so i dont think it is a repost, but knowing this place it is.... so.
discus. do you guys think it will be any good? it looks fun. my thoughts are that they are going to have a hard time making it stand out from the british top gear. they will be driving almost all the same super cars.

Nothing replaces the UK version. But the british version is headed out as I understand, so this will be a natural replacement.

to me it will never be as good as the british version. You just cant match their humor and with clarkson, hammond, and may they have the best interaction there is.

They need someone with personality to host the show. Looks like 3 boring guys to me. I think jerry seinfeld should host the show. He's the closets to an american clarkson i can think of. The perfect line up would be seinfeld as clarkson, fraisier as captain slow, and as paul walker as hammond. Paul walker is a stretch but i can't think of anyone ATM.

im with you on the personality thing but, but trying to make a carbin copy of top gear england is exactly what i think they should try and stay away from. they will only disappoint us trying to do that.
i think it would be cool to have a female host. ;)
