Hi,

I have been searching for a RS 001 and just found one on Ebay
Germany.

I don't know how to get in touch with the seller and I don't speak German. If there is a member that lives in Germany, speaks the language and wants to help me out I would be happy to compensate them for their help in the purchase of this wheel.

I bet the seller speaks English, most Germans do. ebay.de is set up the same as ebay.com, you can switch back and forth between the two (open two windows) and figure out how to "ask seller a question" I have done this a few times before and always gotten a response.
