6 cyl, plastic bumpers, newer engine management etc, less years of abuse likely, isn't someone elses head ache, more room for potential in the long run.... the list can go on lol. now if the 325 was a pile of rusted shit and the 84 was somehow super clean with no issues... than maybe a change of mind... but highly doubtful.
