Damage?

I found a local guy that has a 2002 with a booster needed for the 24v swap. The hood was off for about a year under a tree. The booster looks good from the outside. Would the water cause issues inside? Rusting and fusing moving parts?

If I press on the pedal would I know if it is fine from how it functions?

Never took one apart and don't know if it is a waste. I am getting it for 25 bucks if I pull.

^ I fucking love cats! and the booster is awesome! insides are mint and shiny. Outside has surface rust, wore through OEM paint.

I took care of that with my sand blaster! I am thinking fucking neon pink or something. I love bright colors.

I am doing this color paint(900 for all paint). My Uncle is doing it for free as long as I prep and tape it off.

Frenched lows and fog deletes/side markers. BBS RSes are getting PC to match the lights with polished lips and down the road black spike bolts.

Inside the bay is going to be same out side color and inside is getting crazy colors. I just love neon colors on black. Gutted inside with rubber sound proofing and thiner black carpet.

This is the idea I am going for right now. It is quite easy because my build is not my DD. Gives me time!
