    Heat at idle, No heat at high rpms Help!

    Just put in a new motor in my e30, I believe the Hoses are hooked u properly but there is heat at idle but none at high rpm. Help?

    You have reversed the heater core inlet and outlet hoses.

      See now when I did this it did it for a small time and then my heat worked at high rpms after about 3 weeks.

      And now I have a small leak inside the cabin at the heater core pipes :|

      Switch them.

        My heater would work initially then no heat would come out.

          thanks i will when possible, Anyone have a layout or diagram of the proper flow? I searched when i installed and found nothing.

            Back of the head to the bottom pipe on the firewall.

              Just take the two coolant pipes that go into the firewall and switch them.

              Simple as that.
