I came across it either here or bf.c but don't remember. It had great pictures and made use of an interrupter jack that switches to aux when you plug something into it. Does anyone know what Im talking about?
Anybody have the link to wiring an aux jack into radio

I used an FM modulator which i got on sale at best buy for like 5 bucks. You wire it inline with the antenna behind the head unit and splice in the power from the radio and then hook up a ground then stash to box up in the dash then run the aux cable out under the dash to the center console. Then you set the radio to 88.3 and it sounds perfect. -

Edit you have to have a tape in there, so I'm not sure it was the exact one you were looking for. It would be nice if there was a solution without having to keep the tape in there. Let me know if you find anything.1989 325i Alpineweiß II

Wait...you are happy with an FM modulator? I guess it is better than a wireless one, but still absolute shit in my book.I used an FM modulator which i got on sale at best buy for like 5 bucks.
