New to the e30 scene so heres my intro

What's up? My name is John. I live in North Carolina. I just purchased an 84 325e, actual miles unknown, but odo quit reading at 130k. I understand that's an issue with these cars, got the car for a steal, $500. Body is straight no rust, paint is fading due to clear coat peeling, its baltic blue.

So far I have changed the AFM, Sea Foamed it. It ran like trash before, runs great now though. Tucked my bumpers and cleaned the ever living hell out of the tan leather sport interior.

I am having idle issues when it is cold, it idles fine around 850 but when it's warm it idles around 1400. I did a lot of research on the forum and traced it down to the IACV. I can unplug it and it changed nothing so i was wanting you guy's opinion on that, and I was also wondering what chip is best for the E series because the freakin rev limiter drives me nuts. I am also planning a valve adjustment and a timing belt change in the very near future. I also understand that is an issue with these cars any advice or recommendations on things I should do is more than welcome. I will post some pics soon.

I was wondering what parts off the 90 model 635 would fit if any because my friend has one as behind his house sitting, he said I could have whatever off of.

OP, edit your post to make it easier to read. These giant sentences cause brain bleeding.

You should get into the English language scene.

So is anyone here an actual car enthusiast, or is everyone an English major?

To my knowledge not very much. Completely different chasis.
