Just joined up here at r3v after stalking and waiting to be an e30 owner.... now the wait is over :).
Started out with a 2005.5 A4 2.0TQM, threw on lots of bolt ons and its still in the family:
My loooonnng project... '91 Audi Coupe Quattro. Currently under the knife with a 3B engine swap from an Audi 200 20V, fitted with a new Garrett GT3071:
Rebuilt 3B going in soon:
I also had a '91 mk2 GTI with a full VR6 swap for close to a year. Definitely a blast to drive. I ended up trading it for my newest addition:
I'm sure there will be several members here that are also on Eurowerks and recognize the car :).
I am very excited to finally have an e30. It is a stock '90 325is and very clean for its mileage and age. My future plans are to daily drive it while getting it up to date on maintenance and a few fun bolt on mods. I have a good friend who races SCCA and Midwest Council with an '87 325is and I'm hooked. I've also been road racing Vintage for 4 years and this car makes a great platform for a fun, RWD race car.
Looking forward to participating and learning more!
