As this is my first post and as I am a complete noob when it come to the BMW brand of cars I thought it would be a good starting place.
I Own a Mint 325ix which I purchased in 2000 and imported into England I spent some £3300 pounds on the body work and getting a complete respray then put it in a garage where it has remained for the past 8 years.
It runs like a dream and is absolutely rust free, starts on the first turn but does hunt a little when warm.
I have my own company and mainly in the aero industry but am branching out into modifications to the classic rover Mini. My little gem is a turbo charged item sat on 16" wheels and am thinking on going the same route with the ix. I am looking forward to some long sessions reading up on what the accended one of you on here have achieved in the past to gain a little inspiration as to where to go with mine.
But that said I have not come across another as clean so may leave it standard and for sunny days once I get round to brining the old girl back out into the light.
