        No, over r3ving will break rocker arms and throw rods. Vrooom is when it still works!

            you need to just look for a complete different motor. I am sure all of the intake valves are bent, and when they hit the pistons they probably put a hurting on you rod bearings (i imagine your car/motor probably had atleast 120,000miles on it too). a complete different M20 is the cheapest and smartest route.
