Key light insert?

My key the light insert is missing the roundel button piece so i just have a spring there, and it doesn't work of course. Is there a place that has replacement inserts?

There's one on eBay but $46 seemed a little steep.

There is a place... It's called the dealership and they're going to charge you more than $46 for a new key with the button. Can you possibly live without it?

Funny, I never even considered the dealership because they're so awful.
