H&R Race Springs with billy sport shocks. Its a little stiff, but worth it in my opinion.

Surprised no one mentioned the usual timing-belt/water and/or fuel pump job.

I guess that was just included under maintenene? For suspension I would say h and r sports with e90 drop hats or maybe a softer ground control coilover set up.
