What to look for in a used turbo...

I'm starting to assemble parts for my turbo set up for my E30. I'm going to run a Holset Hx35. I have found a ton for sale at pretty reasonable prices, but I've having a hard time picking one. Can anyone tell me what I should specifically look for???

beware of the following: oil on blades, excessive shaft play, broken blades,if it wont turn freely n isnt brand new chances are somethings wrong with it.

I haven't bought one yet lol. I've been looking on the cummins forums/ebay/craigs list though. Theres TONS out there, I just want to pick the right one...
