    What should I do?

Hey guys, what should I do? I recently attempted to purchase an Oil Level Sender from a fellow member on here, and after a few delays on my part, I finally mailed him a US Postal Money Order. Well, after about five days I had not heard back as to whether the MO had been received and I was getting some razzing here at work about getting ripped off. So, I sent a PM requesting if the MO had arrived or if I was getting ripped off(in hind sight probably not a good idea). The response I finally received was a little hostile, but basically said that He did not live on R3V, and that the part had already been shipped. OK, sounds good, and sorry if I offended you. A week goes by, and no part. So, I send another PM being a little more diplomatic, and request the tracking number that had been mentioned in the previous response so that I can take up the issue with the postal service. Its been over a week since I sent that PM and I've received no response whatsoever. I don't know but I'm suspecting that I was getting ripped off all along. Anyway, one of three things has happened, 1. I am being ripped off 2. It was sent to the wrong address, or 3. Its lost in the mail. Until I actually get a response from the seller, I'm left assuming that he has ripped me off and that his original intent.
    OK, what should I do(legally):(.

OP: If you sent a money order from a reputable banking institution you can always cancel it ... failing that see if it was cashed in order to determine if it was received. Was it cashed in the same locale as the sender? You need to collect as much documentation on the transaction as you can if you want to pursue legal action ... which in my opinion for a small amount is pointless.

You can also post transaction feedback regarding the seller - make sure you use facts such as whether or not you emailed or PM'd, etc ... Hopefully another forum member would be stand up enough to give you the info / straight scoop on the transaction.
