    Usually, when people say "repairable" or "damaged but an easy fix" You need to stop and think why they are not fixing it themselves. Most likely it's because the car is totalled or there is irrepairable damage...or no, they didn't just ding the fender but killed the frame as well.

          Fair enough. Although with that said Minnesota (midwest in general) is pretty hard pressed for clean e30s. from april to now i've only seen about 6 or 7 total on craigs list, thats rustys + clean cars. Not saying thats a motivation for me to buy this, but maybe perhaps the sellers reasoning for the high price.
