is it worth 200?

rb20det is a 2.0L inline 6 (skyline engine). It should work just fine.

Talk him down to 150
Or check on Zilvia.net for cheap used turbos

this wont be choked out at the upper rpms by the m20?

is it worth more than 150? i dont really think i want it around.. any market for resell?

It looks just like the t3 garrets that come off of the thunderbird/mustang 2.3 turbo. Really good power on a Honda motor. Not sure you would make much on an m20. You can get those for way cheaper if you look around Fairly common.
