** VW B3 duckbill lip retrofit ** those with experience chime in :D

    Hello everyone,
Well I am planning on doing the duckbill lip retro fit on my 325is. I was hoping for folks with successful install experience like eurotrash (for example) to share how it was done. I know many don't like this lip but I just happen to really like the look. So I would like to keep the thread on topic in regards to a clean/successful install. Pics/tips/hints would be awesome!! FYI, I searched on the DIY section with no luck :(

    Thanks!

No your not being a dick.. But There have been some folks with experience that couldn't figure it out. So to not waste material or ruin a lip I though I would post to help myself and potentially others down the road.

Cut off all the mounting tab/ear things on top, but leave engough room to drill holes still. trim the bottom around the corners so it bends better and shorten the sides like you would a volvo lip. It's quite simple.
