Those will not "poke out," they'll stick out like a horribly fitted wheel purchased by somebody who can't read offsets. Poke with neg camber is fine if you're running 16x9's or something but not a 13x7. It's going to look extremely retarded with tiny little wheels sticking completely out of the fenders.

13s wont clear the front brakes and the offset will probably give you mexipoke.
