Fire Extinguisher Accessory

Dealer got me a Fire Extinguisher bracket (P/N 72601945556 - Item#2 in the link below) but cant attach it to the sport seat as im probably missing a part??? see link below...

Need assistance if someone could confirm/asist if I need the item#3 to attach the bracket to the seats. If I do need it, what is the P/N? Thanks.

This is all you need pluse two bolts and nuts to bolt to the front of the seat. There are already holes in the seat that mach the mounting bracket that came with the extinguisher.

Yep that's the same part number as the one I have. You can get them for around $70.
