    Timing Belt Owns Me

It blew and I can almost guarantee valves are bent, so I am thinking about going the S50 route. How many guys on here have done the S50? Off the top of my head I know Ryan Stewart, BeauB, Lucas......

I hope you weren't planning on just putting the old one back on.

Once a timing belt has over 50 miles and it is de-tensioned for any reason, it MUST BE REPLACED!!! This is not a part you play games with, if it breaks, you are finished. They are only $20, so don't ever go in there and not replace it.

My car did 140,000 kms and 11 years on a timing belt before it gave up. Stupid previous owner did no maintance and bitched about stuff breaking.

                    Keep it slideways!!
