i've got a buddy who's all over me cause i haven't named my car. i've had it a year and half, and he thinks it's really strange that i haven't named it yet. thinking back to all the cars i've had, i don't think i've ever named any of them. i'm sure some of them got nicknames, but most of those were at some point when the car broke down and stuck me, so those nicknames weren't real positive.
my buddy has an old volvo 240 wagon he's all into and he had a name picked out before he even had it. it's a model he was in love with way back to his dirty-hippy peace-loving grateful dead days. and deadhead stickers aside, it's a great gear hauling vehicle, and cool old brick of a shape.
i think it's kinda gay to give cars arbitrary names like people have. what do you think?
