Carbon Fibre as strut brace material

just wondering about the suitability of carbon as a strut brace material,

looking at making a set front and rear.....just need to copy someones end

plates....got a bit carried away at work today and got all the pieces i need cut

(pre made, gonna re carbon multiple pieces together)

any thoughts/suggestions?
