    E28 M5 I saw today.

This doesn't really fit anywhere on the forums I guess but I wanted to share this M5 (or old 5-series badged as an M5).

Pics taken today at Import Face Off in Gainesville, FL.

Did it have tan interior? If so, then it probably was a real M5. US Spec E28 M5's were all the same (Jet Black exterior, tan leather interior).

I didn't really inspect the car much since I was walking with a crowd. Had a visor in the windshield and blacked out windows so I didn't think to check real hard on the interior. Good info though.

      EDIT

Looking back at my high res pics, that is tan interior.

In pic #2, it looks like tan seats, but it could just be a reflection of something else. I literally only learned that a couple of days ago. but makes spotting real ones a bit easier.

          Some had black interiors.

You, my sir, are correct. I didn't know they added that option later in production.

Pretty sweet car! I want one of these after an e30 m3 for carrying more people around.

                        I would take an e28 m5 any day over an e30 m3.

Needs Euro bumpers. Hot as fuck though, I would kill for that car.
