new nozzle, or i used a pin (as per the owners manual i believe) and stick it in the holes(giggidy) and that might clear out any gunk thats withholding pressure. if thats not it...i have no idea -

The relief valve T-joint between the left and right lines under the hood was bad on my car. Bought another valve from junkyard, it was also bad.
Bought a regular T-joint at the parts store instead... it's supposed to be bad for the pump if the nozzles get stuck since the pressurized fluid can't get out of the relief valve anymore, but I'm not too worried. Works great now.Comment

Fill the res. with water and pull the windshield wiper stalk back. Then go out and check your piping for leaks. If there aren't any on the inside of the hood, it is most likely the pump.Yours truly,

I just replaced everything on the e28 and the check valve tee thingy was only $6.00 from the dealer. The relief valve T-joint between the left and right lines under the hood was bad on my car. Bought another valve from junkyard, it was also bad.
