Valves tick louder after tune up...WTF

After buying this car like a month or so ago today i decided to do a tune up so i put new Wix air and Fuel filters,Ngk spark plugs and wire set new Berk and Ankley cap and rotor(the reason i put brand is in case there is an issue with any of them).On top of that i reset the ecu removing ground cable

So i fire up the car let it sit for a minute or so it idles way better than before, no wonder plug wires were stripped on the coil cable and the pick up cable.But after i came from a 1 miles test around block i notices valves tick is way louder now.If i would change oil i could understand but i did not change oil.Car is not misfiring still idles great pulls hard not noticeable power loss.

Any ideas could this be just a coincidence?

is the ticking continuous or only when under load?

Are you sure it is the valves? It could be a fuel injector (or injectors) as well.
If you don't know the last time it was done you should look into doing a valve adjustment soon as well.
