I don't think it should. I was on 205 50's on H&R race with no issues and those wheels were et20.

Shouldn't have any issues unless you're running ridic thick spacers

I have the same car with the same suspension, but my sumitomos are 195-65-14. I have TONS of room. You won't have an issue.

What do you guys think of those tires?

I saw this on a Dunlop the other day

I used to run 205/60 with 15mm spacers on the same suspension with late arches and there was still room.

Sumitomo were a Far East subsidiary of Dunlop.
                They may still be.

Did you roll fenders to do all that?

                    Dude don't sweat it.
205/60 is the standard size that most guys upgrade to on stock wheels.

I've ran them on countless lowered cars. Even while running 25mm track+ spacers in the rear.

So 205 x 60 is pretty standard? I thought 195 x 65 was. But, Im glad its all good. Looking forward to the new "stance"....LOL.

195/65 is the stock size on all US e30's with 14" wheels.
205/60 is a very popular upgrade size on stock wheels since it is the "plus-zero" upsize.
Fatter tire with pretty much the same overall diameter.

Yep, 205 is nothing crazy, you will be more then fine. Spacers make them look really nice, I would recommend it if you don't plan on upgrading the wheels anytime soon.

What size spacers would you recommend?

Sumitomo = Dunlop. Underrated tire IMO. I run HTR ZIIIs on my Cayman and they do great, I turn pretty okay laptimes and they last easily 3-4x as long as a set of more expensive Pilots / PZeros.
