Still no start, but new problem

Well, I figured out why it wasnt getting spark thanks to you people, and some on bf.c. It was the CPS, but I still am not getting fuel. I checked the relays, fuses, and fuel pump, and they all checked out. Then I went to trace for power. There was no power going to the fuel pump relay, so I traced the main red power wire which is always supposed to be hot. It went over to the passenger side of the engine compartment to the positive terminal box. (my battery is located in the trunk). From what I can tell, after it goes to the positive plastic box, it goes into the glovebox and into the ECU.

Well that whole positive box isnt getting power at all, and since it sends power to the fuel pump relay, Im not getting power there either, explaining my problem. But how do I go about solving it?

    Cliffs:
    no start
    no power to FPR
no power to positive plastic box
    ???

What do I do? Has anybody else had this problem before???

    IT STARTED!!!!!!!!!!

after a hell of a time researching I stumbled across this thread:

It said that the inline fuse in the positive cable coming from the battery could short out and cause a no start by eliminating spark, fuel, and check engince codes. Well, I had spark and my CEL light was flashing in the gauge cluster, but since I was all out of options, I figured, why not. Well, I venture out in the middle of the rain with two wires and a little 7.5 amp fuse hoping to find the solution to this hellish problem. I cut through the first layer of plastic around the terminal. Fingers crossed, I cut through the second layer. The fuse is still intact. No burnt paper, no sign of it being shorted out. I do notice a white paste covering both ends of the fuse though, so I pick at it with a screw driver. The fuse collapses and falls off.

I spliced in my fuse box fuse after wire brushing the terminals clean. I get into the drivers seat dripping wet, turn the key to second position. I dont hear the fuel pump priming, so I

I turn the key to start and it cranks and cranks, but only for a few seconds. It sputters for a split second and I turn it off. Is it actually going to start up?1!!!?1 I go to start it the second time; the motor turns over for a few seconds, and lurches to life. Its chugs along with a lopy idle. I realize that I unplugged the O2 sensor, so I shut it off, jump out, and plug it in again. Third times the charm right? Yeah it isThe beast roars to life and I take it for a quick spin around the block. Problem solved
