I could swear there was a blog or forum all about people showing off their garage? Lot of pictures, and people with huge shops, and tiny ones all set up all nice.

garage journal for sure. good place to buy and sell tools too. Check out the ongoing thread to show-off your air compressor! you'll feel like you have shit for tools too.

Good lord, whenever I become a homeowner I'm doing exactly that to my garage. It's perfect.

garage journal was what I was looking for. I feel so freaking poor compared to how much money some of those guys pour into their garages.

You can really tell the guys that actually do work, and the guys that just want to show off. It's a weird one-upmanship going on there. Garages with 3 or 4 linear feet of workbench seem to be all show and no go.
