So how old are e30 owners, and how long have you had your car?

86 325 when I turned 15, sold it at 17 to buy a 90 325i, sold it at 20 for the Subaru, then just bought the M3 at 23. So 5ish years of e30s, really more like 5 if you count the months.

31 - had my first 318is for two years @age 22-23, another for a year or so around 29, and my current 318i for 8months now. Collectively though it seems like longer for some reason - probably because each time I got rid of one I always knew I'd get another...

21 - have owned my E30 for 2 years now. I wasn't able to buy mine at the time (thought I liked my comfortable 04 audi more) so I convinced a friend to buy the car 4 years ago who sold it to my brother then finally to me. (finally got rid of the audi for it) If I had driven an e30 when mine was originally for sale I would have sold it instantly for it.

1st E30 @ 16 (85 325e)

3rd E30 @ 21 (89 325i)

4th E30 @ 25 (91 325ix)

5th E30 @ 25 (90 325i)

5th E30 @ 26 (89 M3) - currently being resprayed @ body shop

6th E30 @ 27 (92 325ic) - currently being re-painted Mopar Brilliant Black Crystal Pearl. Will be done next week!
