So how old are e30 owners, and how long have you had your car?

I am 16, had the vert in the family for 8+ years. Became mine when I was 14, got the grey one a year ago january, so almost 3 for the vert and almost 1 for the coupe.

29, been an e30 owner since 06. Two 91 318is, and two 90 325is (and a few scrapyard donors in between). Last car i bought was the white 90, which i still own and drive every once in a while.

Im 54. I owned a brand new e30 1985 325e, AW/blue; obviously in .... 1985. (Prior post said 1986, records showed 1985)

2 - 318iS. 1- 1990 Henna/black. 1- 1991 Delpin/tan.

1 - e30M3. 1988 Schwarz/black. Actually bought this one brand new in 1989. (76miles)

2 - 325eS. 1- 1987 Lachssilber/black. 1- 1- 1987 Zinno/tan.

2- 325. 1-1986 Calypso/tan. 1- Lazurblau/tan

4- 325iS. 1- 1987 Schwarz/black. 1- 1989 Schwarz/tan. 1-1988 Lapisblau/tan.

There ya go! A lifetime of e30 ownership and I still love them. Wife drives the e46 most the time. I'd like to find a mint e28 M5 and a e46 M3CSL.

I'm 24 coming up on 25 here in Dec. Anyways, I've owned my e30 for a year in December and bought the car as a DD, to learn stick, teach myself how to work on cars, and save putting on so many miles on my M3 just to go to work. However, I do still drive the M to work about once to twice a week. I've loved every moment of owning both cars and it is great to have a backup in case a "project" runs into the work week.
