Ask for a pic of the engine bay and steal it for a little over reserve.

God damn nice find if that thing is equiped with an S50. Even if it's in bad shape US $6,500.00 (Reserve met) ~as I type this is a good deal.

the limited production canadian car was the '94 euro spec e36 m3. they made 45 of them. probably just scamming.

Car's listed as 4 cylinders, I doubt he's that retarded to not be able to tell a 4cyl from a 6cyl.

Yeah, I'd suspect he could make that mistake very easily since he "doesn't know anything about the car."

regardless even a shell of an e30 m3 in mint condition is worth the price that car is at right now. the front grills are about a 50 dollar fix.

My question is, would the s50 engine even have existed when this car was produced? The label reads 1988, wasn't the s50 introduced in 93 with the e36 m3? (Or is it the s50 also the engine from the e28 m5s?)

No, I just skipped straight to the "never buy a car off eBay" idea.

Ebay fills in that information automatically based on the VIN #. If it is swapped out somehow I bet ebay would still list it as a 4 cyl.

I wouldn't trust this car. White face gauges, ricer exhaust, ugly grille.

Someone in Dallas go look at it.
