    Brake Fluid on clutch!

    i am still stuck doing my tranny swap, we were tryin to bleed my slave cylinder and it waz drawing fluid out of the brake fluid reservoir but it was not gettin stiff. come to find out the slave cylinder was squirting fluid in the bell housing. will this fuck up my new clutch and machined flywheel????

    Idk, it'll probably just burn off.

      I also would think it would just burn off, maybe avoid launching the car hard before you're sure it's burned off to avoid glazing the flywheel

        Any kind of fluid getting on the friction disc would concern me, as the glazing usually happens there. It may burn off though...it just getting on the flywheel isn't going to hurt it unless the clutch keeps slipping really bad. Just try cleaning it out and see what happens. If you're paranoid about it just try to find the friction disc by itself.
