No adapter needed. If the wheels are from a 1980s 5 series, only 3mm spacers at the front might be needed, and only if the rims hit the calipers' carrier.
BTW your tires are too tall for an e30 M3. You need 234.40.17...Brake harder. Go faster. No shit.
