Wow, really? You say that as if that's not much at all....I'm lucky if I can go up three or four times a season, let alone per week! Rock on, son.

^ proof or it didn't happen haha. I hate driving through Kansas, snowstorm left me stranded at a Colby KS Walmart from 9pm-9am....I beat every demo video game they had.

Have fun. Drove cross country with the e30 last year. Tried to take the route through CO and get to see Grand Junction/Fruita again but was too deep into the winter. Didn't have my bike anyway. Tons of fun regardless.

Oh hell no! I was just commenting on her lack of faith in the ol' e30. It's me, dad, and my dog Gunther. Dad has never driven xc before.

                        Kansas sucks balls.

And then it started sucking even more.

                        Dad at the wheel.

                        Gunther on nap duty.

                        Me on nav/r3v duty.

I should be in lakewood by 4ish, and downtown Denver, colfax or lodo for beers shortly thereafter. w00t!

Yes, Kansas does suck. (sorry to all who live in Kansas) but is is the most utterly boring state to drive through.

I'm flying out to Denver in a week but this thread really makes me want to jump in and drive out. Definitely would be worth the drive through Kansas to blast through some true mountain twisties.

Made it up to Winter Park today, it was snowing a good bit over Berthoud Pass, I may need to find a devoted winter vehicle, or at least get some snow tires.
