    I need your opinion.

Well, I'm thinking of shaving my hood badge on my e30 sedan, as my badges are already all bubbly and ruined, what do you guys think?

I'd also like to see some pics if it's been done before or maybe a photoshop

It looks like ass. Unless you're Swedish/Norwegian/Have an S38/Giant turbo.

Your Majesty, that would be just poseurish and lame to shave badges. Just fork out the $25 or whatever for a new one. It will be cheaper than buying sandpaper, body filler, and paint.

I think it would look sweet.

Shaving it is different than just leaving it off... and it cleans up the lines of the car. Almost always looks good.

I shaved all the badges off my MINI and thought it was an improvement.

I have had cars minus the rear, liked the look. Car had no badge nor model identifier. Granted car was a Tech I with Hartge toys.

These Yanks don't understand a roundel from BMW Australia costs you roughly America's trade deficit.

I'm not being cheap, I'm going for something different.

Well I guess I'm lucky I have 18 months 'til I can drive it, and my car needs a re-spray anyways.
