Rattling brake line "clip". Tried to tighten it...but...

Right rear brake line clip, that seems to stabilize the line close to the back of the rotor shield. Rattles like its falling off. Loud. Annoying as hell and I've tried to wedge rubber (windshield wiper blade) shims in and it will fix it, for about 4 miles then it starts again.

I can't tighten it. I cant shim it with rubber.

    How do I stop it!!

Any ideas are welcome, shits making me crazy.

If my cam worked I could do that. Its a loose flexible looks like 1-1/2 inch metal clip that hold tension against a flange coming off the back rotor shield. The brake line runs through it, whereas I would have to cut it off, or disconnet the two brake lines that seem to union right there at the clip.

Sorry no pic. I suck like that.

yeah you will have to take the brake line apart at that junction

How about I surround the junction with some spray foam insulation? Might that work. Ghetto yeah, but cheap and easy peasy.
