Got my permit. I am actually 16 in 2 monthes. Hmm yeah Cali has a shit ton of cars for cheap... Washington has only had a few good deals in the past 6 monthes or so I have been looking. At the end of Summer there was a bunch of cars, but now no new ones in a week :(
