So can someone exlpain how a VC LSD works in an e30?

I went back on sunday and got the seat and some other switches(rear euro fogs) and the icv. now the fail part about the ix is that i couldn't get that rubber part of the ends on the bumper because it's a one piece connected to the lower rear vlance flares.... do you see that rubber part of the bumper in the picture below....can i get that new at the stealership?
