I didn't see that he had signaled left. He moved right then turned left, without a blinker I would have passed the OP on the left. With a blinker I would have slowed down and tried to figure out what the hell was going on. OP still sounds like one of the drivers I always watch out for on the road.

Nothing I didn't already know, that R3v has a lot of well meaning folks who weren't there. No hard feelings at all, gents. There were things I could have done, but the end result is that there is no reason I should have gotten hit, much less anywhere near that hard.
Had the first nap, and good god does everything hurt.
I think you should have told the officer exactly what happened. You could have gotten out of that ticket, as you didn't do anything illegal. You did not fail to yield to anyone.
Maybe you can still fight it in court.
So who was at fault? Whose insurance is forking out the dough?
Also; yielding to traffic behind you? Really? You let me know how that works out if you rear end someone. "He didn't yield to the traffic behind him, it's his fault!"
Last I checked, FL was a no fault state, and for insurance purposes it's irrelevant. I'm just trying to avoid black marks on my record.Originally posted by george gravesIf people keep quoting me in their sig, I'm going to burn this motherfucker down.
